ballet tech ohio performing arts association invites students in grades 3-6 in the Greater Cincinnati Area to submit SEUSS-INSPIRED artwork the Green Legs & Ham poster contest. The production Green Legs & Ham will be presented at the Aronoff the weekend of March 4-5. A wacky weekend of entertainment for the entire family, this production will feature colorful sets and costumes, original music and choreography danced to the rhythmic and melodic narration of the fantastic collection of Dr. Seuss's imaginative works. With the goal of promoting literacy and a love of reading, Green Legs & Ham will bring the words of one of the world's most beloved children's authors to life through dance and music.

25 winning posters will be selected. The first place winner’s artwork will be incorporated into the design of the Green Legs & Ham promotional poster which will be displayed throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area, and will receive a family four-pack of tickets to see Green Legs & Ham . The 24 runners-up will be displayed in the lobby of the Jarson-Kaplan Theatre during the run of the show, and will receive one complimentary ticket. Artwork submitted will not be returned.

• be created on 8 ½” X 11” paper
• “be Seuss-Inspired.”
• be attached to the completed information form below
• be postmarked no later than January 15, 2005
