Facility Rentals

Consider renting ballet tech cincinnati for your next event!
We rent out the whole facility or just one floor for public and private events and we also rent studio space, tables and chairs.

Rates:
Public Teen Party* (Whole Facility): $900
Public Adult Party (Whole Facility): $900
Public Adult Party (1st Floor): $600
Private Party (Whole Facility): $600
Private Party (1st Floor): $400

Studio Space: $25/hour

Table Rentals: $7.50 each

Chair Rentals: $1.30 each

A contract must be signed for facility rental. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date. Full rental fee is due by noon on the day before your event. The deposit is returned to you after satisfactory inspection that all rental requirements have been met once your event is over.

*Teen parties also require 8 licensed, armed security officers and a Comprehensive General Liability Insurance policy in the amount of at least $1 Million per City of Cincinnati code for the activities in the facility during your event. ballet tech cincinnati must be listed as a named insured on Applicant's policy, which must be submitted to btc at least one day prior to rental.
